We are Murdock Marketing, based out of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Our focus is strictly senior living, and almost wholly not-for-profit communities. We understand the needs and expectations of today’s senior consumer and have developed insights from around the country.  Our tactics are refined from years of experience and research proven to motivate and attract seniors.

Matt Wilson started this company is 2008 when he discovered there was a need for a more personalized approach to marketing consultation and occupancy initiatives at retirement communities.  He saw the benefit of creating a smaller firm designed specifically to address clients’ needs more effectively, more quickly, and less expensively.

Murdock’s services are designed to enable and empower senior living communities to successfully market their senior housing. Our marketing focus includes independent living apartments and cottages, assisted living residences, memory support, skilled nursing, long term care, private duty, home health and hospice.  Our services encompass all critical areas to successful senior living marketing, such as sales management and training, marketing oversight, strategic marketing and planning, marketing audits, mystery shopping, focus groups, and senior living tele-contact services.

Our approach to every engagement isn’t the same. We take the experience and successful results that we have had and determine the most appropriate approach for each project, each market, and each client.

Because we are a smaller firm, we are nimble: quick on our feet and able to respond to our clients’ needs. Our size also allows flexibility with our professional fees. We were created to give each client customized service, to dedicate the time and resources necessary to accomplish goals, and to be responsive.
