Our leadership team works side-by-side with you to enhance your efforts and your team by bringing significant experience and expertise in senior living. Our professionals have been successful in developing new communities, improving the financial performance of existing communities, as well as re-developing and repositioning older communities. We have worked on projects from small rural markets in the Midwest to very large, high-end continuing care communities in urban settings.

Matt is the founder and serves as the President and CEO of Murdock Marketing. His responsibilities include the operation of the company and formulating strategies and solutions to help our clients establish competitive advantages.
Prior to Murdock Marketing, Matt was the Executive Vice President for Sales and Marketing at Total Lifestyle Communities in Santa Barbara, California. Prior to Total Lifestyle Communities, Matt spent 5 years at Greystone Communities in Dallas, Texas where he was responsible for occupancy development of numerous senior living communities and third-party marketing agreements. His success in driving sales included sales, marketing, recruitment, training, advertising and market evaluation. Prior to joining Greystone in 2002, Matt was a wealth manager at Morgan Stanley, responsible for coordinating and implementing complex financial planning and risk management strategies for retail and institutional clients while managing in excess of $60 million. Matt has over 10 years in selling to the 62 years of age and better clientele. Matt received a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Psychology from Southern Methodist University. He enjoys spending time with his family and participating in outdoor activities like running, boating, and snow/water-skiing. Matt, his wife, two daughters, and golden retriever live in Oklahoma City, OK.

Dana serves as Murdock Marketing’s Director of Research and Planning. Dana directs data analysis, formulation of consumer research, coordinates the composition of marketing plans, strategic community marketing plans, and marketing audits, and provides financial and technical support for clients. Prior to Murdock Marketing, Dana provided consultative marketing and financial services for a number of companies in the real estate and home building arena. Prior, Dana was Senior Associate at Greystone Communities in Dallas, Texas, responsible for coordinating and developing market research, managing marketing financials, and coordinating marketing plans and audits for a number of senior living communities around the country. Before her work with Greystone Communities, Dana served as a Senior Regional Marketing Analyst for Liberty Mutual. Dana received a B.B.A. with an emphasis in Marketing and a minor in Economics from Southern Methodist University. She loves spending time with family, and enjoys photography and collecting antiques.
